Journo's subscriptions are purchased via Apple’s iTunes store. When you purchase a subscription, you are also subject to the iTunes terms of service.
Journo offers a 14-day free trial. To access ongoing use of Journo, which includes all of our features, functionality and exclusive content, you will have to pay via an auto-renewing subscription from Apple’s iTunes store, which can easily be done in the account settings of the Journo application or directly on https://www.journohq.com/pricing.
RENEWALS AND CANCELLATIONS
Journo is purchased via an iTunes auto-renewing subscription. This means your subscription is automatically renewed at the end of the subscription period.
You can modify your subscription at any time from within the application. You can cancel your subscription at any time by signing into your iTunes account on your iOS device and changing the settings.

Your payment is managed by Apple via iTunes and you will need to contact Apple customer service for refunds, as we are not able to process refunds ourselves.
We may change the pricing plan at our discretion. In this case we will try to inform you before any changes so you can modify or cancel your subscription before the changes are made. We accept no responsibility for any losses you may incur by failing to change your subscription after we have informed you of any changes to the pricing plan.
LIFETIME SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
A Journo “lifetime” subscription plan allows you to access Journo features available at the time of your purchase for as long as those services are available. You may not assign lifetime subscription plans to any other person. We make no warranties or representations as to the expected lifetime of the Journo services, and in purchasing a lifetime plan, you acknowledge and agree that the Journo services could change or terminate in the future.
