Upon procuring a pass at an exorbitant rate of $125 (a friends/family discount rate of 25%, my brother-in-law ski buddy and I went to take a tram ride to High Camp. \240But the power went off and no lifts were going anywhere. \240So we found a sunny spot where we could take in the view until the lifts once again were nourished by the life-giving electricity.

Our day of 16,000 vertical feet began with a ride up KT22. \240Behold!

From here our exploration took us down to the Valley floor and then back up Squaw Peak lift. \240And further up to above High Camp only to find that Shirley Lake was closed, so down again. \240Up Siberia and down again to the valley floor once more for lunch.

Now for some Red Dog and the sense of being on top of the world!

But I should add that the top speed of 63 mph was achieved in Shane’s truck, as I forgot to stop the recording of the ski trip on Snowledge. \240Oh well.
