Started our day by taking a high speed train to Florence.

Checked in to Hotel Kraft around noon

Gold leaf paintings

Cast room. Statues are cast in plaster before they are carved from marble.

Headed out to get in a couple hours of site seeing before our tour at the Accademia.

Today we toured the Uffizi Museum. It’s housed in one of Medici homes😳.

Then we went to Boboli Gardens at the Pitti Palace in Florence. \240120 acres of Palace gardens.

Tour of Tuscan today.

We booked a tour with Walkabout, from Florence we went by tour bus to Sienna.

We toured the Duomo did Siena and then wondered the street for a couple hours.
