We are packing up the suitcases for another adventure. \240We are on our way to visit friends in Australia and then hop on the Majestic Princess for a two week cruise to Fiji! Leaving on 9/14. I will post my pictures on this journal along the way.

Final day to prepare for the trip. \240We will be printing our boarding passes this afternoon!

We are packing up🐶🐶 Snow and Shasta to stay with my friend, they have more gear than 2 babies.! \240Ready to leave the trout in Troutdale.

Ready for takeoff. Portland to LA on Alaska Airlines. \240Not looking forward to the overnight from LA to Sydney (American Airlines) but we are taking a few nights in Sydney to recover.

Beautiful view from our room in Sydney. Flight was long but we were able to check in to our room at 9am so we can nap and shower and look around this beautiful city.

Had a lovely meal in China Town. There are restaurants of all Asian cultures.- Korean, Thai, Japanese, Chinese, Vitnamese, Burmese, and Nepalese. So we went with Thai hoping we would recognize something on the menu!

We went with Pad Thai and shrimp and rice. Excellent

After lunch we walked through the shopping mall and bought some wine and snacks for later.

Arrived in Perth on Wednesday, great to see our friends Noel and Max. Our flight was good. Had rain in Sydney so a little delay but glad to be done with air travel for a while.

New \240experience- had great fun at the Belmont racetrack in Perth. Bets start at $1.00 so we didn’t \240loose much while having fun betting. Yes they dress up and yes Hats are in style.

Had to cancel our trip to Albany. Randy came down with intestinal flu. \240So we are safe and sound with Max and Noel. \240Will take enough time for him to recover before we go to far from home.

Had a quiet day today. It was windy and rainy. We felt right at home. Have been watching World Cup Rugby with Noel. Seahawks football. \240Roast lamb dinner.
