Tonight is our last night in Bali, we’ve had a very relaxed peaceful time. We can see and hear the sea from our villa, we’ve not gone anywhere, we’ve not seen anyone, we’ve eaten, drunk, read, drawn, sunbathed and swam and it’s been bliss! As the sun disappears over our garden we retreat to the ‘balcony’ which is a huge landing with a raised hut where the sun still hits. On the left is the sea, on the right is a volcano. Heaven!
Bali has been perfect, very very green, lots of yummy food (it has vastly improved since ubud!), and lots of relaxing.
Tomorrow we leave early for Manila, we’re staying in the “walled city” which is the old part. We only have 2 nights here in a lovely Airbnb next to the sea.
