DAY 2
An easy day. VICTORIA THERMAL SPA, at Bansko (15 min by road). We could do lunch here.
Take a guided tour at 2pm of the BANSKO OLD TOWN. Duration 1.5 hours. To visit PIRIN STREET.

DAY 3
A day spent in nature at the PIRIN NATIONAL PARK. An hour’s drive. We could take a guided tour.
On the way back we could eat at Bansko.
Pirin National Park, a UNESCO site.
DAY 4
Drive to RILA MONASTERY (1.5hrs).
DAY 5
Drive to Sofia, catch brunch and proceed to SAEVA DUPKA. (1.5 hrs from Sofia) A fascinating system of caves.
DAY 6
A cultural day. Begin with a visit to the ALEXANDER NEVSKI CATHEDRAL. Followed by a tour of the NATIONAL PALACE OF CULTURE.
Post lunch, a visit to the SOFIA ZOO.
We could do dinner at the local authentic POD LIPITE TAVERN. And if time and kids permit, then end the day at THE SWINGING HALL, a live music club offering jazz, folk pop, blues etc.
