Last night I purchased a PowerPack, which is a package of software products to help propel me in my work and as a part of that I received this Journo app as well.

I have as yet to discover how to activate it, so don’t really know if this will even be published or saved for posterity as I haven’t figured out how to do it. The PowerPack itself is so loaded with various goodies to explore and implement that it’s like te.ying to get a sip of water from a firehose.

I live in Peru at present, having taken an earlier retirement from teaching and have been here in South America for the past four years, with the occasional trip back to North America to attend weddings and visit family and friends.

I am also the moderator of one of the largest moderated Expat Forums on Facebook, called, Living in Lima - Expat Support, which helps expats find their feet in Lima, Peru and beyond. . . I want to share my experience of life as an Expat and show people what life is like when one pulls the plug and decides to create a new life overseas.

My interests are broad, I love learning new languages and experiencing new cultures and places I’ve not been to before. I also do a bit of trading in the stock market and as of eight months ago have also been investing in crypto currencies such as Bitcoin, Ether, and other “alt” coins as they call them.

I also love music; I play guitar, write and sing. So, if you’d like to follow in my travels and discover vicariously what life is like as an Expat in South America, I hope you’ll consider following my adventures here. Wishing you Pax et Bonum (Peace and Wellness), Ciao / Chau, - Charlie
