Introductory HAIKU:

Christmas in Denver

How to decorate concrete?

Lights, lights and more LIGHTS!

Very little snow left here in Downtown and Christmas is not so noticeable until dusk when the lights become apparent!

This is my attempt to share some of it, starting at Union Station and walking down 16th Street Mall in the direction of my apartment.

I didn’t even attempt the Festival of Lights at Botanic Gardens, Lights at the Zoo and the “drive thru” light show a little west of downtown.

Depending on what device you view this on, phone, iPad or laptop you may or may not see a map??

If you don’t see one you can click on the inverted teardrop map icon (in the red rectangle on opening photo) and hopefully see a map showing somewhat the path I walked.

The cover photo with snow is at A Basin Ski Area, I went there December 15 on Snowstang Bus.

If you want to see more photos of that please let me know and I will forward you the Journo link to that.

Skinny Snowmen??

Been in Denver over a year and this is first time I saw this area.

This is called “Mile High Tree” and I am sure if you Google it you will see some videos with amazing waves of colors and accompanying music!

The following videos do not do it justice!

This one is a video!

Video too!

Thanks if you made it this far!!

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!
