Test Kitchen where I prepped biscotti, cakes, honey wheat bread, short dough, and danish. Walked the end user through live demos on spiral mixers, planetary mixers, artisan deck ovens, proofers, and dough dividers.
Largest oven I’ve ever seen.

Dinner at Pappasito’s Cantina
Redfish Tacos
Had the most pleasant dinner with Dellis. Sat next to him at the bar, and ended up sharing a meal and a 2 hour conversation together. He is from Pennsylvania, visiting Dallas for a work trip. Was in the Marine Corp till ‘94, and then stared working in telecommunications. Has two daughters, two sons. Loves to cook and barbecue. Christian beliefs, and loves John C. Maxwell. Loves Pappadeux and Pappasito’s.
