Well, we made the decision to get annual passes one more time. I was able to “negotiate” our renewal discount (we were over 2 months past renewing 😜) and ended up paying $1,080 per pass.

We drove to the airport and left our car there (which we never do)

We had a quick flight, got our rental car and got to Old Key West around 11:00 pm. The room had some spots that weren’t vacuumed well, so I called the front desk (politely) and they gave us a $100 credit! 👍🏻

We started the day off with breakfast at First Watch. It was cold, but we would rather be a little cold than risk catching COVID 😬

We sung by Target to get groceries and then went to the Outlets and got some great deals at the Disney Store! (Although, after Rob put his name on the waiting list, it took over an hour to get in!)

On our drive back to the hotel, there was a bit of traffic jam. To our surprise, the cause of the traffic jam was a large wild turkey who was in the middle of the road, acting agr

We came back to the room and the boys watched Mickey cartoons while we got lunch ready.

Then we played a game of Mystic Veil. Rob finally won! (Although, I tied him and he won in a tie breaker 😏)

Colin looking suave 🥰

Then we went to Epcot!

It was VERY busy. Rob and I got a bread bowl with Brie chees in France and then we took the gondolas 🚠 to Hollywood Studios!

We got the Frozen gondola!

We did an awesome job at Hollywood Studios... in a span of 1.5 hours, we went on the Alien Saucers, Millennium Falcon – Smugglers Run, Toy Story Mania, and the new Mickey & Minnie ride!

Smugglers Run!

Took it easy in the room and drove to Animal Kingdom around 10:30. It was fairly crowded but we had a great day! We started off getting the Wilderness Explorers book and ended up collecting all of the badges! We learned a lot about animals 😊 Colin’s favorite was the naked mole rats. I loved seeing the Flying Foxes. ❤️

We ended up only doing one ride (Mt. Everest) but it was a fun day!

We stopped by Freddy’s to get ice cream on the way home. We made dinner in the room and played Slay....

We finished the night by watching Soul on Disney Plus 😊

Got an early start, caught the bus and got to the Magic Kingdom right when it opened (at 9:00).

Fairly empty for a holiday weekend!

We walked onto Big Thunder Mountain and Splash Mountain!

Video of Thunder!

Then we went to Haunted Mansion and Autotopia (Tomorrowland Speedway).

Then we survived the Tea Cups ☕️

While we were waiting in the (fairly short) lines, we were playing a family game of Risk. Colin won the first round!

Then we went on the Barnyard Stormer. We did those 6 rides in 1 hour 45 mins! Not too shabby!

Then we hit Space Mountain (it was only a 25 min wait!)

We took our obligatory Castle pictures on the way out ❤️

Can you find us?

We bought the boys cotton candy to enjoy when we got back to the room 😊🥰

We made lunch once we got back to the room, and then I took the boys to the Community Center. Clark painted a beautiful cactus!

Colin and I colored a coloring sheet 🥰

Later that afternoon, we left the boys in the room and Rob and I hit Epcot! The Festival of Arts was going on, and we had some amazing food! The deconstructed cheesecake was my favorite 😍

We came back to the room and played a couple games of Here to Slay with the boys.

It was MLK Jr. day, and this was my favorite meme from the day.

Tuesday

Last day of Donald Trump in office!

It was a busy work day for me. Rob And the boys left early to try to do Rise of the Resistance at Hollywood studios, but there were no more spots when they got in. They were able to do a couple of rides before coming back to the room to do schoolwork.

They went out later in the day to do animal kingdom. It was empty!

We all went out as a family to get dinner at downtown Disney at night \240(and did a little shopping- got some clothes at Uniquilo and chocolates at \240Ghirardelli!

Wednesday

Joe Biden was Inaugurated !!! Yay!!!

It was a workday for me and the boys spent the morning doing their schoolwork, but went over to Seaworld in the afternoon 😊

Here’s a video of them on Infinity Falls!

Thursday!

I took the day off from work, and Rob got us into the rise of the resistance ride! We spent the morning starting to pack at the room while the boys did school and Clark had his piano lesson.

We headed over to Hollywood studios at noon.

Video of Rise of the Resistance

We went on Rise of the Resistance, ate lunch at Rizzo’s, and Rockin Rollercoaster. Then we headed back to the room for a little recharge.

We headed back out around 3:00 to the Magic Kingdom. We went on Space Mountain, the Tea Cups, Pooh Bear, Peter Pan, Snow White Mine Cart ride and the Haunted Mansion.

Last day!

We checked out of our room at 11:00 and ate our popsicles out by the community center 😊

Then we headed over to Epcot to eat a little and finish our Figment scavenger hunt

One last stop for yummy food: Artist Pallete cookie, ratatouille, and deconstructed cheesecake 🤤

Soaring!

One of my favorite scenes at Disney

Stopped to get gas at the infamous South of the Border!

Boys zonked out on the way home 😊. We got in right before midnight.
