We have arrived! \240After 10 hours on the plane overnight, we have arrived in Rome.
Girls are happy but exhausted. Italy is 8 hours ahead of Calgary. We all slept 3-4 hours last night. It was a very quiet car ride.
We checked in to Hotel Forum Roma.
Exhausted. Hot. Kids are cranky. And taylor is sick. Hopefully a quick meal and early sleep will set everyone straight for tomorrow.

We went to the Vatican today for a tour with a local guide…came home for a nap…then went on a van tour (just us) because it was too hot to walk around.
