We left at 845. Nice view along the way. I wonder how beautiful it must look during summers. River has been hugging the road along the ride.

We spend around an hour and half at premium outlets. We bought shoes and few t shirts. Kittu also got shorts.

Finally the hills are giving way to some flatter grounds and kids saw a MD. Time to snack.
Earlier the snow and the Tahoe national forests were full of snow and traffic. We stopped almost an hour in traffic. Finally we found a place to stop where Skipper threw some snow balls.

We reached and are staying at Seaside Inn. It has been rated high on reviews. My friend Steve Dick visits this town frequently and recommended this to me. Worth it. Very cosy and nice place.
Seems like Skipper liked the place right away. Haha.
Then all got busy with screen works.

Hotel at Rodgecrest. Almost like gateway to Death Valley National Park. Around hour and a half drive tomorrow before we get to one of the hottest places on earth.
