We finished with check in and nap at the Gibson Hotel and followed by drinks and fixed 3 course meal at the Gibson’s hotel restaurant.

We arrived in Dublin this morning around 8:30 am. We were picked up by Globus’s charter and headed to The Gibson Hotel. Lamar dropped off our bags at the hotel and wondered into the city via light rail. We headed to the Abby Road stop and popped into a near by Pub attached to a hotel that had decent WiFi so we would figure out where our next step was. I had a Bailey’s coffee and we had a fabulous breakfast of light walnut pancakes and sour dough \240toast with pouched eggs, pesto, balsamic drizzle and arugula. It was absolutely surprisingly Devine for random pub fare.
We then followed our breakfast with a walking stroll of downtown Dublin and headed towards the Jameson Distillery for a tour and caster tasting of 18 year whiskey! I truly learned for the first time how to taste and experience whiskey!
