Bullied when I was 12, but nobody did anything
They turned a blind eye,
They sat there and ignored me
Fighting for myself, they were blinded to the pain
Killing me inside cause I just didn’t know why,
My parents were complaining, they were about to lose their child,
Their voices were never heard cause all they got was “maybe that boy likes her. They are just kids”
But it was more than just that
Stabbed with a pen- blind eye
Spit in my face- blind eye
Slapped, kicked, beaten, and bruised- blind eye
Crying out for help, but you chose not to listen
Physically, mentally, and emotionally tired
Even when I said suicide, you chose not to care
Since I’m older, I’d really would love to know why you turned a blind eye
