Ella was probably my favourite place. It was just so pretty with all the tea plantations
This lady pickes the leaves and puts them in a bag where the bags ends up at the Lipton’s tea factory. Mr. Lipton founded the factory in 1890. The tea goes through quite the process from being dried to putting it through a grinder. The tea is then bagged and the highest bidder will then distbute the tea all around the world

I travelled south to Udawalawa safari. I woke up early around 4:30am to see the animals wake up
This elephant was waiting for its mom who was taking a dip in the lake.
This is a male elaphnat. I went on the tour during the breeding season so the males were very aggressive they also smelled terrible

This was at 6am. About 40 keeps are lined up outside the gate. At 6 the gate opens and 40+ Jeep’s race to get tickets for each jeep. The Jeep’s that are the quickest are let into the safari first and they might see the anaimals before everyone else makes it in. Very intense

I visited one of moms good friends that she met in Perue. They took me for lunch at this beautiful hotel
Got to release two baby turtles back into the ocea. They were 12hrs old and they had a 2% chance of surviving so I wished them luck!
I thought I’d was very cute. A bunch of local boys started playing with these Portuguese kids.
