Focus day 2:
reflection on study choice process (recognizing that there has been a whole process beforehand contributes to motivation and self-confidence), explore study choices in depth, identify personal skills and qualities influencing study choice, personalized advice and one-on-one support for study choice, promoting self-awareness, group discussions, prepare students for the practical aspects of their studies and integration into the academic environment in the Netherlands

Focus day 3: provide practical tips for students, peer learning, prepare students, realistic expectations about living and studying in the NL, share learning outcomes

Insights into the experiences of Dutch Caribbean students: 4 personas based on research conducted within THUAS.

Each group was assigned a persona and tasked with providing tips for that persona on how to prepare before departure and what to do upon arriving in the Netherlands
