The novel In Search of Lost Time is considered one of the great masterpieces of the 20th century.

This epic seven-volume book is based on the real life of its French author, Marcel Proust.
Published between 1913–27, Proust’s In Search Of Lost Time is infamous for not only its monumental length (approximately 4,215 pages! 😅) but also its influence on twentieth-century literature.

Our wallpaper this week is inspired by and uses a paraphrase of the text found in volume 5 – The Prisoner, originally published in French in 1923.
